Senior Finance Manager

Company This PE-backed SaaS business based in central London is looking to hire a Senior Finance Manager due to the growth plans. They are the market leader within the industry and have presence in various countries. They are looking for someone who can add value to the finance team as well as the wider business. Role The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for month-end and year-end close activities across multiple entities and currencies, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The role will lead statutory accounting, tax, and audit processes, while overseeing complex manual consolidations across the group. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the successful candidate will manage a team of three and play a key role in maintaining a robust financial control environment. Profile The successful candidate for the Senior Finance Manager vacancy will be ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 3 years of work experience in industry. A 'can-do' attitude is required as well as experience within an international business. Sound knowledge of accounting standards i.e., IFRS, UKGAAP. Strong communication and influencing skills with ability to simplify complex problems and build solution are desired. This role will be mainly offering a hybrid working structure (3-day a week in the office) and it is based in central London.
