Network Engineer - Ccnp Level - London Trading Firm - 85K+

We're working with a leading trading firm looking to hire an experienced Network Platform Engineer to support and develop its global network infrastructure. The role covers enterprise and data centre networking, network security, and hybrid cloud connectivity across on-premise, colocation, Azure and AWS environments. Key responsibilities

• Support, maintain and enhance global network infrastructure
• Configure and manage Cisco routing, switching and ACI environments
• Manage Palo Alto firewalls, including policies, NAT, routing and troubleshooting
• Design and implement network solutions across data centres, offices, WAN and cloud
• Contribute to automation, Infrastructure as Code and network engineering projects
• Work with internal teams, telecoms providers and data centre partners Essential experience
• 5+ years' network engineering experience, ideally within financial services or another demanding environment
• Strong TCP/IP, routing and switching knowledge
• Hands-on Cisco IOS-XE and ACI experience
• Practical experience with Palo Alto next-generation firewalls
• Strong Azure and AWS networking knowledge
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux
• Cisco CCNP or equivalent experience
• STEM/Technical degree subject Desirable: Python, Ansible, Terraform, REST APIs, CI/CD, packet capture and voice infrastructure.
