B2B Marketing Lead

B2B Marketing Lead We're looking for a commercially minded, hands on B2B Marketing Lead to join our client's team in Barking. This is an exciting opportunity for a B2B marketing professional who enjoys combining strategic planning with hands on execution, leading a small team while remaining close to the detail. Please note this role is based on-site 5 days per week. The role will involve:

• Developing and delivering an annual marketing plan aligned with sales and commercial objectives.
• Leading and supporting a small marketing team.
• Planning and executing multi-channel B2B campaigns, content and customer communications.
• Managing website and web shop content, social media, email marketing and digital performance.
• Creating marketing collateral and sales support materials, maintaining consistent brand standards.
• Coordinating trade shows, exhibitions, agencies and external suppliers.
• Managing the marketing budget and measuring the commercial impact of marketing activity. What they're looking for:
• Broad B2B marketing experience, ideally within the food & beverage (F&B) or fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
• Experience leading or supervising a small team.
• Strong copywriting, content creation and communication skills.
• Practical graphic design skills and experience with relevant design software.
• Knowledge of website management, e-commerce, social media, email marketing, SEO and analytics.
• Strong commercial awareness, organisation and project management skills.
