Re:link, Linklaters' platform for contract lawyers, is seeking high-calibre general commercial lawyers for a range of interim assignments. As a Re:link consultant, you will deliver high-quality legal advice and support to Linklaters' clients, with a particular focus on commercial contracts. You will work on diverse projects, helping businesses manage complex legal risks and find practical solutions. We are particularly interested in lawyers who have a background in the following areas:

• Data Regulation
• AI Regulation and Governance
• Online harm and the Online Safety Act
• Cyber Security We are looking for lawyers with UK experience, ideally gained in top-tier law firms or inhouse, who can demonstrate:
• Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Experience advising on contract management and dispute resolution
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property rights and related matters
• A solid understanding of data protection, including compliance with United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• At least three years' post-qualification experience (PQE) Re:link offers you:
