Stannah have recently been awarded the Lift and Escalator contract with Network Rail. This is a fantastic opportunity for us to grow this area of the business and has created jobs within our company.

This job covers routes across key stations in Liverpool , allowing you to work with a diverse range of escalators, lifts and moving walkways.

Working hours: 08:00-16:45 Mon to Thursday 08:00-15;45 Friday

What You Will Do:

As a Trainee Escalator Engineer at Stannah, you will:

• Assist Escalator Engineers on maintenance call-out visits and minor and major repairs.
• Complete required training and qualifications in line with stated timescales in company policies
• Carry out responsibilities in a safe and proper manner both for self and for the well-being of others.
• Ensure a high standard of quality, delivery of service, and customer care is maintained.
• Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Ensure you have essential van stock at all times by liaising with stores person.

Qualifications

What Experience You Will Need to Succeed:

• Mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge.
• A good understanding of best-in-class customer service.
• Excellent communication - verbal and written.
• A valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
