Agile Delivery Lead
Insight GlobalInsight Global are sourcing for an Agile Delivery Lead to join a global consulting firm assisting in the Agile Centre of Excellence. This position will be hybrid out of the London office, working 1-2 days onsite per week and will be for a 12-month contract with opportunity for extension. The ideal candidate will have experience as a true Delivery Lead supporting Agile teams and working cross functionally with Product Owners and Scrum Masters. You'll be responsible for ensuring agile principles are embedded across delivery processes, removing blockers, and driving continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone passionate about agile methodologies, team empowerment, and delivering value to customers. Must Have Requirements Include:
- Previous experience as an Agile Delivery Lead/Manager
- Experience managing the execution of projects/initiatives.
- Industry background in Enterprise Data, Finance, or HR/People Data
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager.
- Deep understanding of agile frameworks
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
