Business Development Manager

This is more than just a sales role. You'll be the face of Chubb for new business across the Cardiff Region offering tailored fire detection, prevention, and electronic security solutions — including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving new business sales across a defined territory within the Cardiff Region
• Promoting the full range of Chubb's fire safety and electronic security solutions
• Offering expert, consultative advice that puts customers' safety and peace of mind first

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in Business Development Sales ideally in a technical environment.
• Technical knowledge of fire safety systems a strong background in electronic security sales would be advantageous.
• Experience in solution-based sales
• Strong territory management and strategic sales planning skills
• A valid UK driving licence
