What are we looking for? 3YEARS+ Real-world experience with payment systems, financial platforms or fintech architecture.

• 3YEARS+ Understanding of payment flows, currencies, reconciliation and financial integrations.
• 3YEARS+ Experience with payment providers and ideally international payment environments.
• 3YEARS+ Strong appreciation of security, reliability and regulatory requirements.
• 3YEARS+ Comfortable designing systems where financial accuracy is non-negotiable. Remote What will you be doing?
• Design Tell shame's long-term payment and financial technology architecture.
• Define transaction flows, payment-provider integrations, currencies and reconciliation.
• Design systems capable of supporting future international operations.
• Build financial infrastructure that can scale with Tell Shame.
• Work closely with Compliance, Security, Data and Enterprise Architecture.
