This Insolvency Solicitor role in Manchester offers exposure to high-value, complex restructuring and insolvency matters, both contentious and non-contentious. You'll work within a nationally recognised team known for its expertise in public sector and property-related insolvency work, collaborating closely with colleagues across multiple offices. • Handling high value, contentious insolvency matters
• Working closely with partners and cross-office teams on complex, high-value mandates
• Supporting clients across sectors including public sector and property-related insolvency
• Managing your own caseload with autonomy while meeting deadlines and targets
• Building strong client relationships and delivering commercially focused legal advice
• Collaborating with other specialist teams to deliver integrated legal solutions
• Contributing to business development initiatives and raising your professional profile The Candidate:
• 6+ years PQE as a Solicitor with strong experience in insolvency litigation
• Strong technical ability with excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritise effectively under pressure
• Confident working independently and collaboratively within a team
• Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Motivated, enthusiastic and driven with a flexible attitude
