HR Business Partner £55,000–£70,000 + bonus & benefits North Hertfordshire | Hybrid – 2–3 days in the office We are looking for a confident and proactive HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced, well-established business going through an exciting period of transformation. Reporting into the Head of HR Business Partnering, you will work closely with senior leaders across a diverse client group, supporting both strategic and hands-on HR initiatives. This is a role for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do. We're looking for an HRBP with the confidence and gravitas to challenge, influence and push the agenda forward . Key experience:

• Established HR Business Partner experience
• Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Confident challenging and constructively pushing back
• Strong Employee Relations experience
• Experience supporting organisational change or transformation
