Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, every plan starts with a card-on-file trial. We don't charge anything until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time from the Billing page.
Yes. Once you're subscribed, you can move up to a larger plan from your Billing page. We'll prorate the cost so you only pay for what you use. The Coach plan is its own product and the Charity plan is eligibility-gated, so those don't swap.
No. Anyone you add to a team gets free inkscroll access for as long as your subscription is active. They keep their own personal account and any purchased credits, but they don't need to pay while they're on your team.
Your subscription runs to the end of the current billing period, then access pauses. Your data is kept safely so you can pick up where you left off if you ever resubscribe. Team members fall back to their own credit wallet for personal access.
The Charity plan is priced at 20% below the standard Small Business rate. Eligibility is UK registered charities (Charity Commission, OSCR or CCNI); you'll be asked to confirm your charity number during signup so we can keep the price fair for everyone.
