Product Manager

Harvey Nash has a number of clients looking to hire Product Owner/Managers on a contractual basis. Majority of these roles would be based in Glasgow (Hybrid working pattern of 2 days per week on-site).

• £300 - £420 per day, Inside IR35
• 3-6 months with potential extension
• Public sector or health sector experience preferred. Key Responsibilities
• Lead pre-discovery activities across multiple workstreams.
• Engage stakeholders to identify and validate user needs.
• Define and prioritise problems, opportunities, and outcomes.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and assumptions.
• Support the development of a three-year delivery roadmap.
• Ensure alignment between business priorities and delivery feasibility. Essential Experience
• Experience integrating products with other services.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
• Ability to articulate clear problem statements and support others in doing so.
• Proven experience applying User-Centred Design principles across multiple channels.
• Ability to adapt approaches based on business, technical, or delivery constraints.
