Operations Manager

Job Title : Validation Operations Manager Location : London Duration : 6 Months(Possibility of Extensions) Mode of Work : Hybrid (3Days/Week) What you'll be doing:

• Manage external vendors, staffing capacity, and operational delivery against targets.
• Plan and prioritise validation missions, shifts, and resources.
• Investigate operational issues, manage escalations, and identify root causes.
• Support depot operations, infrastructure setup, and new site launches.
• Analyse performance data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, vendors, and stakeholders across Europe.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change. What we're looking for:
• Strong hands-on operations experience in logistics, mobility, fleet operations, last-mile delivery, or technology-led operations.
• Experience in vendor management, capacity planning, scheduling, or operational performance.
• A data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
• A strong safety-first mindset and willingness to travel around 30%, sometimes at short notice.
