Are you an experienced catering assistant looking for flexible work within local schools?

We are currently recruiting Catering Assistants to support a variety of schools across Reading. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for part-time work, additional hours, or those wanting to gain experience within a school catering environment.

Duties Include:

• Assisting with food preparation and service
• Serving pupils and staff during meal times
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Washing up and cleaning kitchen areas
• Following food safety procedures and school policies
• Supporting the wider catering team as required

What We're Looking For:

✅ Previous kitchen or catering experience is essential

✅ Reliable and punctual individuals

✅ Ability to work as part of a team

✅ Food hygiene knowledge is advantageous

✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service desirable (or willingness to obtain one)
