Customer Service Call Handlers

Location: Norwich

Part-Time: 15 Hours Per Week

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 11:00am

Start Date: Monday 19th October

Initial 3-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)

£12.75 PH plus holiday pay

We Are Hiring!

Due to the launch of a new GP contract, we are looking to recruit reliable and professional Call Handlers to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Call Handler, you will be the first point of contact for callers, providing a professional, courteous and efficient service. Key responsibilities will include:

✅ Answering incoming calls from patients and service users

✅ Recording information accurately on internal systems

✅ Managing enquiries and directing calls appropriately

✅ Providing a high standard of customer service at all times

✅ Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection requirements

✅ Working effectively as part of a busy and supportive team

About You

We're looking for candidates who:

✔ Have excellent communication and listening skills

✔ Are confident speaking with people over the telephone

✔ Possess good keyboard and IT skills

✔ Can remain calm and professional in a busy environment

✔ Have strong attention to detail

Training

Successful candidates will begin on Monday 19th October. For the first two weeks, and potentially slightly longer, additional hours may be required to complete training and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
