Are you a caring, professional and highly organised individual who thrives in a customer-facing environment? We're looking for a dedicated Weekend and Night Reception & Patient Support Officer to provide exceptional support to patients and their families within a charity based residential healthcare accommodation setting.

This is a varied role where you'll be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring every resident feels safe, supported and well-informed throughout their stay. You'll combine excellent reception and administration skills with a genuine commitment to customer care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming patients and families and coordinating arrivals and departures
• Managing check-in and check-out processes, records and documentation
• Providing front-of-house support and responding to patient enquiries
• Maintaining accurate administrative records and shift handovers
• Conducting routine building, safety and security checks
• Monitoring the premises overnight and responding appropriately to incidents or emergencies
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the accommodation environment
• Liaising with contractors and reporting maintenance issues when required

We're keen to hear from candidates with experience in reception, hospitality, healthcare, accommodation services, customer service or similar front-facing roles. Experience working rotating shifts, night shifts, lone working or out-of-hours environments would be highly advantageous, as the ability to remain alert, vigilant and responsive throughout overnight shifts is essential.
