• We are seeking a strategic and analytical FP&A Manager to join a high performing finance team. Your contributions will directly impact strategic decisions and help achieve goals.
• • • Lead FP&A activities including the annual 3-Year Plan and Budget processes.
• • Design and implement internal processes to meet Group deadlines.
• • Identify performance trends for robust target setting.
• • Provide insightful reporting to aid understanding of performance.
• • Manage and mentor a Senior Finance Analyst.
• • • • Provide reporting (both regular and ad hoc) to Executive Leadership Team to aid their understanding of performance providing analysis and creating insight to inform future decisions. Profile You will be a Qualified or QBE Finance Manager with FP&A experience, preferably in large multi-site businesses.
