Financial Controller

A highly successful Private Equity backed Consumer businesses with a superb brand profile, a sizeable turnover and superb profitability is seeking to hire a Financial Controller. Our client is hiring a broad FC reporting to the Head of Finance to lead with breadth in responsibilities across Finance and other areas. This opportunity for you will be as an integral member of the finance function and be part of the strategy to take the company to their next exit. As the Financial Controller, you will report to the CFO. You will support senior management in driving the success of the organisation and this will be a broad role. You will be leading financial reporting, controls, and compliance; striving to continually improve processes and systems. Specifically, this will include ownership of the monthly management accounts and month end reporting, cash management, and the audit. Due to the nature of this role, you will have lot of exposure to senior stakeholder and non-finance. You will manage a team underneath you and be involved in the growth of the business to support senior management on ad-hoc strategic projects and around new sites.
