BI Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support decision-making.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.
• Track business KPIs and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Validate data accuracy and resolve data or reporting issues.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Automate and improve recurring reports and data-analysis processes.
• Present key findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and simple manner. Key Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Reporting are welcome to apply.
• Basic to strong knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
• Basic understanding of data analysis, dashboards, KPIs, and data visualization.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and formulas, is preferred.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
