Role: Brand Manager – Luxury Beauty & Fragrance Location: Surrey, 4 days on site Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Contract: Fixed-term maternity cover - 12 months We're working with a well-established business in the premium beauty sector to find a Brand Manager to take ownership of a key luxury fragrance brand in the UK during a period of maternity cover. This isn't purely a marketing role. It's a hands-on, commercially focused brand role with real ownership of the UK business. You'll work directly with the international team, and the environment is lean and fast-moving, so you'll move between strategy, numbers, retailer plans, launches and day-to-day delivery without a large team around you. The Role You'll be responsible for developing and implementing local brand activity, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved while maintaining the positioning and integrity of a premium fragrance offering. This is a broad, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working across commercial planning, retail development, product launches and marketing execution. You'll need to be comfortable working autonomously, managing competing priorities and turning business insights into practical actions. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the UK brand plan and translate global strategy for the local market
  • Manage budgets, sales forecasts and KPIs
  • Analyse sell-in, sell-out and retailer performance, and turn it into clear actions
  • Assess the commercial opportunity of new retailers, doors and distribution before moving into activation
  • Deliver product launches and 360° brand plans, from planning through to execution
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners and internal commercial teams
  • Work directly with international stakeholders
  • Bring teams across sales, marketing, finance and operations together around the plan
  • Protect the brand's luxury positioning at every customer touchpoint About You
  • Proven Brand Manager / Senior Brand Manager experience within luxury fragrance, beauty or a premium consumer environment
  • Genuine commercial ownership: forecasting, budgets, KPIs and performance analysis
  • A solid understanding of UK luxury retail, ideally with established retailer relationships
  • A track record of delivering launches and full brand plans, not just communications and activation
  • Experience working with international brand teams or principals
  • A strong luxury sensibility, balanced with commercial drive
  • Highly organised, able to get up to speed quickly and work independently
  • The confidence to influence and challenge across functions
  • Able to evaluate retailer, distribution and new business opportunities commercially, identifying potential growth before developing activation plans. Interested? Apply directly through the link or email me at Helen@LT-Talent.co.uk And remember - you can now apply with a traditional CV or a Video CV, whichever you prefer. There's no pressure to be on camera and no disadvantage either way - it's simply another way to introduce yourself. & Application Process
